How do I make flash movies and animations like the ones I see on Newgrounds.com?

You would need Adobe Flash CS3/CS4 or Macromedia Flash 9 to do those stuff (very time-consuming if you have lack of knowledge on Flash). It involves timeline, layers, etc. Along with motion-tweening (and possibly shape-tweening).
