Some web pages wont display properly, it says that I have to install latest flash player How can I install the latest flash player on my ps3?

There is no way unless you have a storage media or something, sometimes it may ask for that. As for downloading the Flash Player probably won't happen.
You really can't unless sony releases an update that puts the new flash player in



You cant, Sony has to install it in a FW update. No word of it yet. sorry
